Rent out the room!

When I lost my job, lost my home, and all benefits, I knew I had to do something. My rental on my trailer and 7 acres is 450.00. I was able to find lady that needed office space. This is better than a room mate , she is only there during the day. She pays 200.00 a month for the use of one of the bed rooms as an office. In addition she pays for all the internet and phone. I get free service. Also, if I am able to find a job.....which hasnt been easy at 62, she lets my dogs out during the day....she is like a pet sitter...at no cost.
